Bishop’s Camp aims to expose kids to a world beyond their neighborhood. Students participate in outings that help broaden and enrich their summer experience.

ORGANIZED PLAY

Kids learn to socialize, collaborate, and problem solve through play. At Bishop’s Camp, we provide time for organized games and activities that make learning fun and memorable.

OUTDOOR ACTIVITIES

At St. Matthew’s, we are blessed to have a beautiful church campus with plenty of open space. Students are given a daily dose of fresh air and sun through outdoor lessons and playtime.

MORNING EXERCISE

We begin each day at Bishop’s Camp with morning exercises. Students are lead through a series of movements designed to calm and focus them in preperation for the day ahead.

ENTERTAINMENT

Summer camp doesn’t have to be a bore. At Bishop’s Camp, we take a break from academics once in a while to enjoy some entertainment, such as movie day at AMC.

SPECIAL EVENTS

Bishop’s Camp saves some time each summer for special programming such as our annual Water Day where students played different water games that encourage teamwork and camaraderie.

CLOSING PROGRAM

At the end of the program, Bishop’s Camp invites parents and family to our closing presentation. Each class performs to their family to demonstrate what they learned during camp.
